Note: -Hold down the handle for a couple of seconds after the LED indicator shuts off to allow cooling time and prevent deformation -For a cut off seal look, pull the bag away while holding down the handle and as the LED indicator turns off. (May not have intended strength with some materials)

I bought it as a spare, but when I opened the package to use it yesterday, the machine was delivered in perfect condition. Machine doesn't work. Also, no spare parts were included.

The only dislike is the first one sent to us didn’t work so we returned it and they sent us another one.It’s been one of the best purchases of a non vacuum sealer for any products you are using say a box of cereal everyday and sealing up the same bag instead of using a whole other bag.

We have hundreds of these sealers. These particular ones are great they have a metal casing for good durability. Seal very well and come with replacement parts which is essential. We will be buying more in the next few months.
