I have tested a few battery-operated suction cups in similar price range, and I found this brand to be the best value for the money. The batteries last long and the cup is easy to operate, however this suction cup works very well within certain parameters. First and foremost, do not take the lift rating for a working rating. Lift rating may be true in a horizontal position under the best conditions, but under a side load like pulling or carrying something vertically, load handling diminishes greatly. We use this product in a professional environment, and they are lightweight, quiet, and our installers prefer using this product over our larger heavy-duty cups. The only caveat so far in my 4-month use of this product is the warranty. I had an on-off button fall off and reached out to the company on June 5th, June 11th they reached back asking for an address, so they replace the cup which Iโve provided in the initial email. On 7/12 Iโve sent a hollow up email with no reply. Iโve purchased 18 of these cups and other than what I mentioned, Iโm very happy with this product and will buy it again. At the price Iโll just look at them as throw aways. Update; I have just received my replacement on 8/16, confidence restored.

I already own a pair of the old-fashioned hand pumped vacuum suction handles to lift glass tables, windows, and granite counter tops. They have worked well enough over the years. But I was in need of a few more, and instead of buying more of the same, I decided to give a powered one a go.This one boasts some nice features, as auto-run when it detects a loss of vacuum. This assures no slippage or dropping of your cargo in case of loss of suction. There is also no more hand pumping. Do that many times a day, it becomes annoying.The kit includes two batteries a charger and two additional air filters for the pump. The 8-inch pad is of silicone and a bit sticky so keep it clean. It's attracts hair, dust, etc. And keep the cover over it when stored.The handle is a composite, and hopefully will be strong enough to last, the vacuum pad is rated for 300 lbs static load. Overall the construction of the unit is very good. The batteries charge quick enough and state of charge is indicated by LED numerical readouts.The instruction manual states if the vacuum pump doesn't detect a vacuum it will show an Err message on the handle display. I tested this and it would display 05. Error code? It's not Err.Other than that, it's easy to operate. It holds firmly too. I tried to use it to lift my aluminum desk. And it worked. The release the unit just double tap the button to turn it off and the pump's valve releases. Simple.Nice automatic tool if you need to get one for your lifting needs!

I think this electric suction cup works well for the most part. I will need to keep the instructions handy for reference as I had to read the manual to learn how to turn it on by holding the power button for a couple of seconds and also how to turn off the suction by double-clicking the power button.But once I understood how to use this, I tested it out and it works very well. I was able to lift a 12' x 4' sheet of drywall a couple of inches from laying horizontally flat by suctioning in the middle edge, which I did because I figured a corner was an easy test. This may not be much of a scientific test but is good enough for me to be satisfied. As I mentioned in the headline, this is a bit loud but I don't have any similar devices to compare it to to know if it's louder than other brands or not.There is a small cotton filter in a hole on the device and it seems loose enough to want to drop out if you are not careful. Although there are replacement filters included, I think this might be the only flaw in the design that I could tell.The device came with two batteries which is good so you can have one charging while the other is in use. They arrived with about an 80% charge but I charged them fully before using the device. The charging adapter for the batteries is a non-descript generic-looking adapter so I added a label to it so I would know it belongs to this device.
