Led lights don't turn off. Lights won't connect to app. Also, high low converter came all cracked, so I had to order a separate. Sound quality was decent but to many other issues. Volume knob only works as an on and off switch

I get the package today and the sub/Amp was in no manufacturer box ,then to make it worse I received no wires no nothing ,only the sub/AmpI fear this is worse things to come if I decide to hook it up in my explorer. What a shame .
