Please note if there is BLACK SCREEN happen in your SCREEN SHARE:

At installation stage, you need to finish the test of screen sharing from left to right & right to left, make sure there is no connection problem and then fix with zip ties.

When you find the screen sharing with black screen, the connectors might be loose during the vibration or didn't connect well, please re-connect the cable connectors on the A-V-P BOX, that's the main reason caused the black screen.

Please operate carefully, note the cable connect directions, do not bend over the pins inside the A-V-P BOX, this part have details on the install manual, but if its broken, please reach us for new replacement parts.

Tips:

1. The Tablet adopts an automotive CPU with 6 Cores, Big & Lite architecture (Dual Cortex A72 1.8G Hz for Performance & Quad Cortex A53 1.4G Hz for Efficiency), can work with -20 - +85 weather temperature. The surface temperature is easily hot @ 40-50 degrees after working 30 minutes, it's higher than the Comsumer Devices but it's normal for an Automotive Device.
2. In Automotive Mode, the device will work with 6 Cores for Full Speed Performance.
3. In Tablet Mode running with battery for power saving, operation with small Apps it will runing with 4 Cores 1.4G Hz for longer battery life, only the CPU detect the device running with bigger apps like games it will activate the 6 Cores 1.8G Hz to speed the performance.

Sometimes you might feel the tablet running not so fast due to is the reason, you can plug in a power charger to get the device run in high speed 6 Core Performance Mode.

Power Supply Difference with the 2 Version:

• The Normal Version consider the warrantee by Tesla, the power supply with a car charger for no breaking the Tesla System. In this version you need to manually pull out the car charger to cut the headrest power supply when you lock the car, or set the screen off time within 10/20/30 seconds with none-touch.
• The Plus Version support screen auto shutdown when car have been locked. But the power plug with 26 Pin, please check your rear center console power plug.

When you received the headrest with tablet & the game controller might can't power on, as the battery might depletion. Please charge for a while. (can charge on headrest with car charger, or remove the tablet charge at home)

Useful Tips:

1. For safety driving, when tablet docks into the headrest the speaker will auto mute to prevent the tablets sound interfering the front passengers. You can use headphones.
2. The FM Transmitter and FM Receiver should be with same frequency, the two tablet FM Transmitter should not set at same frequency or the audio will be interfered. (Only the early version TESLA EV have traditional FM Receiver.)
3. When you find the car-audio has delayed, pause or unable to connect please turn off and turn on the tablet BT again, reconnect the car-audio, Bluetooth use 2.4G frequency, will easily be interfered by other 2.4G wireless device. Reconnect, it will jump the occupied frequency.
4. The FCC Part 15 specifies the radio frequency radiation should not interfere with other radio communications. This device is under the FCC regulation.
5. When you use Bluetooth connected with TESLA Bluetooth Audio, once you open the door the sound will be cut off for safety reasons. After you close the door, you need to reconnect the connection manually, its TESLA Bluetooth audio features. But use the Bluetooth Headphone, not affect.
6. When using the IR headphone, should within 120 degrees of the red diddle area.
7. When Bluetooth audio is connected, the FM Transmitter & IR & 3.5mm audio will be cut off.
8. When using the Screen Share Function with headset suggest using the IR Headphones or the wired headphone connection, the Bluetooth headphone can't support audio share.
