These 1/3 inch boat lines are strong and supple. Easy to tie and easy to release even after heavy tension is applied. They don't kink and don't stretch much even under heavy loads. They will serve many useful purposes beyond boat lines.I don't find any information about the load specifications on these lines, but I've tested them against my own 160-pound weight on a vertical hang, and they hold up fine without much stretching even under repeated bouncing. The stitched splicing will take a lot of punishment without breaking.They will do fine as boat lines for small boats. I plan to use them on my kayaks because they are small enough to store easily and the 15-foot length is ideal for most uses.The cleats are well-made and strong. Not sure where I'll use those, but they are very nice and smooth with no sharp edges to cut the line.

The kit is decent enough for a small fishing boat, but I'll not be using it on my 25' Pontoon. The description stated it was 1/2" at the time I ordered it - it now correctly states 1/3". For that size, it's not a bad kit, albeit a bit expensive for the sizing.
