Compared with traditional screen protector that I have used on watches which are usually tempered glass or TPU, these are much easier to install and can be removed and reinstalled rather than having to try another. They protect more of the watch however it also changes the look especially in colors other than clear. They don’t optically seem as clear/transparent as screen protectors. I think they should probably just offer them in the two most popular colors in lower quantity at a lower cost to keep things optimal. If you need maximum protection then these are the way to go.

These are one piece protectors for both screen and watch body. They suffer from the same problem as all the other one piece solutions, namely, they do not seal well. Water will get underneath these screens and about 1/4" around the watch face will get foggy. The watch itself will not be damaged, because they are water resistant, but it makes it hard to read the screen.Also these dont hold very well to the watch body. You need to be a little mindful of them if you accidentally hit them against something. A hit at the right angle will take them clear off the watch. On the upside, they probably did save your watch from getting scratched so its not the worst thing that can happen, and the package comes with 8 so you will have plenty more replace a lost one.Now the downside... you dont get to pick colors and the colored ones look very cheap. They are plastic after all... The problem with this is you just spent $150-$200 for a nice looking metal body watch, just to cover it with cheap plastic... it sort of defeats the purpose of buying the Balance to begin with. You might as well had gone with the cheaper BIP watch. But odds are you picked the Balance because it did look nicer so why would you want to put one of these cheap plastic things over it? You wouldn't... Now the good news. You do get two clear protective covers and those actually look good because they dont override the look of the watch. Unfortunately you only get two of these... It sure would be nice if we could simply select a pack of 8 clear protectors but we cannot.Overall these do the job of protecting your watch but only two out the eight look decent. The rest make your watch look like a plastic toy. I would pass on these and just buy a couple of clear protectors for around $8.
