This adapter has been a game-changer for my Zodiac MX6 pool cleaner. It connects easily to my regular pool vacuum hoses, making setup super quick and simple. They are quite a bit more stiff than the OEM and were sent in a package curled up. They have not straighten out even after placing each one on a pole in the hot sun. Then we thought they might flatten out after putting in the pool but they are still quite curled. I had also hoped the weights might help but they just fall off in the water. They need to be packaged flat and not curled up. My mistake for purchasing.

This little adaptor seems strong enough and should work exactly as intended. I was initially concerned as it looked like the one end of this was not mounted straight. I then pulled, and twisted, and bent this to see if it would fail, it did not. It held up well to my abuse. I then covered one end and blew into this to see if it would leak air under pressure. Nope, it worked just fine. So, for an inexpensive little adapter, this will work out perfectly.

Fits great on my pool vacuum, so that I can use the twist type of connector. It is very sturdy and easy to connect.
