I am a bit heavy and the 2xl was perfect. the pants are long but they pulled up well.The earrings didn't irritate my ears. The headband stayed on all night and didn't slip off my head or hair.

Seriously though, I got this for my 78yo mother to wear for Halloween. I'm pretty sure she actually owned something very similar to this. She got a ton of complements for this outfit. It fit well and looked great on her!

The fit is a little small so buy one size up. The pants are comfortable. The vest rubbed off on my white shirt and stained it pink that won’t wash out.

Can’t say enough about how great this costume is! It was perfect for a night of walking in hunted houses with ease. Sizing was on target with the size chart! I’d recommend this colors were great! Accessories were cheap but they accommodated the costume well

I really enjoyed wearing this. A white top would be better contrast but I found I had no white t-shirts that didn't have some logo already on it, so I went with a black t-shirt which I had. While most might think Halloween, this costume is also perfect for parties and work. I work for a company that annually or more often has dress-up days that include the 60s and this is GREAT!! The polyester bell-bottom thin pants were surprisingly comfortable, very long for me in flat sandals, but great if I were wearing heels (I'm 5'6" tall) and I got lots of compliments on this outfit. I wore the flower headband and scarf wrong, as apparently in the 60s these went across the forehead, but I was happy! Next time I'll wear the scarf on my head instead of cute around my neck. I also used the flower headband vertically, but I guess the 60s were rebelling against that too as next time I can either wear it horizontally either across my forehead or maybe I can get it to work as a necklace/choker. The fringy vest is soft, and it reminds me of suede (but at this affordable price point, unknown what it is). I like the attention to detail on both the vest with its silvery rivets and the peace symbol necklace which is solid on one side and 3D on the other. I really LOVE this outfit and recommend it. I expect the outfit to last a good while, but I think if I were to gain more weight (I'm at 240 pounds, wearing size XXL) I might over time split the pants' seam but the polyester is stretchy enough that it should hang in there for multiple future wear at future 60s day events. If you've read this far, GET IT! You'll love it too!! Great for any age, great for any sex, great for any 60s themed event!

The pants. The pants are the worst part of this kit - they're a morph suit material which can be a benefit for inclusive sizing but it means that when the fabric is stretched it distorts the image. I also found the waistband to be much tighter than the rest of the sizing. So while it was loose around my legs, my waist was especially tight.That being said, the vest is of incredible quality. It's like a crushed velvet material and it's soooo cute! I like the accessories as well, and I will definitely wear the glasses randomly outside of Halloween.Overall I'm giving 4 stars because the pants are not terrible by any means - they could just be a lot better.
