I use these to weld some small metal pieces together with and the magnets fell out and became useless soon after using. If you're not welding and applying heat and you need to hold something together that is magnetic temporarily they are probably okay but they are very weak in their magnetism.

The tiny magnets do not stay in the product, which makes them pretty ineffective. Also, they are small and weak. Forget this puny product and get something which works better.

These will not work for metal fab , maybe arts and crafts , very weak magnets will barely hold it's own weight, some arrived missing magnets , useless.

The product came on time, that's all I can say good for it. The product is very cheaply made, the magnets are not very strong. And when you use them, the magnets pop out and get stuck to the metal.

Purchased a pack of eight. Each clamp has a small magnet on each leg. 14 of the 16 magnets came out the first day. They stayed attached to the metal surface I placed them on when I removed the clamp assemblies. It looks like they are supposed to be crimped in place. I have had to reinstall all those magnets with epoxy. Hopefully they will stay in after they get warm during welding. Very disappointing.

They work but the magnets keep popping out and sticking to my table and the hinges on a few have become loose but they work for what they’re intended for

These magnets claim "It has a maximum pull force of 18 lbs". They're definitely not that strong. I can easily pull them off metal with a finger or two. Also, the packaging is inane - each of the items came in an individual little box, taped closed and together.
