My 12 year old wanted a neon party. We strung these in her room and used a disco light. I think a black light would have been better but they still looked great.

These really glow in the dark unlike other items recommended. They look great and was was super cheap for the effect we wanted to achieve.

I was surprised how many streamers we got out of just one pack! Plus the entryway which is not pictured and a small bit of leftover. It worked great under the black lights, but did sag a bit by the end of the night.

If your planning for a large party you might need to buy two. The balloons are small, the tape rolls are also small and so are the banners.
