Missing the air outlet adapter to connect hose to machine rendering it useless and have to ship it back

Not impressed. My first & most likely my last portable. The unit is fine! The window slider kit is okay...It's the hose. The hose sucks. It'd not user friendly, not flexible at all...Maybe they could use a different more plyable, more movable type marerial...material...? Just saying...not able to return, to big too awkward for me to try & return...very disappointed...

This portable AC unit is great! I bought this because we live in central Florida, so beating the heat is essential. It was easy to install, pretty quiet in my opinion, the air flow is great and it cooled down our room quickly in the hottest part of the day. I love the oscillating feature for the vents and the fact that it has a dry function especially here where it can be very humid. It's very functional and compact!

Pulled the unit out of the box installed it on the window turned it on you can tell it was working very well because the flex line got very hot love the unit
