Very Amazing company. Had my last portable A/C from them and last 5 years cooling my Garage(Man Cave) but when I ordered a new one was so excited until Porch Pirate took it but they stepped up and replaced it.. Live in Texas so it gets hot. Life savers.

Runs in dehumidifier mode for 10 minutes and kicks off saying it’s “full”. When I opened drain hose , there was maybe a half a cup of water in there. Did that over and over. Drain hose came bent. The window assembly is the absolute worse of any portable air conditioners I’ve ever bought. DO NOT BUY!

If there was an option of below zero stars I would chose it. The ac unit came with a damaged drain hose that would not allow me to drain water from it. The drain pan is bolted into the bottom of the unit making it difficult to drain water and not get it in the rug. The panels that go in the window need to be cut, so you need to buy something to cut it with. The screw that holds the 2 pieces together doesn't actually hold anything together. It was just easier to send this back and put in a window ac unit. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product.

As there is one review i figured i would leave one aswell to let other know of its quality. For the price its a steal to me, i use it in my bedroom, roughly 10×12 feet, not massive. But, its kept it cooled off phenominally. Now, the window piece, is an awful design, FOR MY WINDOW, i imagine it fits better in others, the valley in my window where the window slides into, is to deep for it to set flush, so it sets crooked because of the vent tube. I got some spray foam and patched it up just fine. Given the price its not perfect, when the ac kicks on, there is a weird noise that kicks in that i have never had on any window unit like a squeaky. This is my first standalone portable ac. I have not tried the dehumidifier mode yet, i will update when i do, but as of now, for the price of this compared to others i would say this is not a bad purchase. Its cheap compared to others, it does have its problems but its one of the cheapest in here at my time of buying it. If you need a quick cheap solutions, id say this would get the job done. 3 out of 5 stars given the noise and window piece design, but funtionally its cools the place off wonderfully.
