Steel T-Nuts for Aluminum Extrusions
80/20 offers a myriad of options for t-nuts including different threads, finishes, and sizes. We offer drop in, economy, standard, roll-in, and ball spring variations for each series. All 8020 t-nuts offer strength and stability and are durable and can be reused many times over.
80/20 hardware helps to engage the two-degree lock feature on 80/20 aluminum extrusions, which enables the connections to remain vibration resistant and strong.
Used with the corresponding bolt, these t-nuts are used with 80/20 aluminum joining plates and brackets and are connected to the t-slot grove of extrusions.

Works as described, makes very easy to mount accessories to the Tslot aluminum frame, without the need to disassembling frame elements in order to place the tradition sliding nuts.

These 1/4-turn T-nuts are tiny, and not designed for 80/20. Don't waste your money.

I really should have read the reviews before purchase. These absolutely do no work with 1010 series 8020. They are far too small to catch after a quarter turn, and simply spin.

I wanted to use these in an existing series-10 80/20 stand. I had to manually rotate the 1st nut 90deg with tweezers and then keep a constant force on it so it wouldn't slip out of the rail. The 2nd nut rotated 180deg and fell right out. I gave up after that and found a couple roll in nuts; which work much better.

The parts I received needed to have a tap run through the threads so they would work properly. About 5% of the order were found acceptable. The others would not go on.

These are really quite a bit smaller than I expected, and so far, I'm having trouble keeping them from spinning in th T-slot when I try them.
