I am trying to contact people for help with this. Battery life, when playing music, it doesn't last as long as the seller says it will. It goes down fast. Apps will not stay un-installed. They come back when you turn the device back on. When you try to update firmware or system apps, I guess you might call them. It will not let you do them, it says disk is unmounted. I contacted people from here, and I have contacted the Diofox by using their email on user manual. I am waiting for someone to help me.

I must have received the booby prize. It takes FOREVER to turn on. It constantly tells me the SD card is missing. I've been trying to pair my headphones to it for over an hour. I just wanted a little mp3 to download songs on for an upcoming flight so I didn't have to use storage on my phone. This is definitely NOT worth it. And downloading songs tooks HOURS. I had to leave it running all night to download a few albums.

I really like this MP3 player! The battery lasts a long time, and I mostly use it in my car. It connects easily with Bluetooth and gives me access to all my favorite apps like Spotify, Audible, and Amazon Music. The 4-inch screen is responsive, and it's great having WiFi for streaming. I was genuinely impressed by how much this compact MP3 player can do. The 4-inch touchscreen is responsive and intuitive, making it feel like a mini smartphone—only more secure and purpose-built for media. With both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, plus stable Bluetooth connectivity, streaming from Spotify, Audible, and Apple Music is seamless. Unlike my older device, this one stays connected and responds instantly—no more lag or frustrating disconnects.Sound quality is excellent whether using Bluetooth headphones or a connected sound system, and the included earbuds and screen protector were a nice bonus. The 80GB storage (plus expandable MicroSD) is more than enough for music, podcasts, and videos. I use it primarily in my workshop and love how it just keeps playing without needing constant attention. I ordered this MP3 player to replace an aging similar MP3 player that is starting to have issues being super slow to respond to any touch command and periodically dropping the Bluetooth connection which I have to be reset each time it drops. It's so annoying when I want to play a song or a play list after every click there is a lengthy wait for a response. It used to be a good player but it's time for it to go.The issues with my old player are not a problem with this MP3 player, which is a relief. The sound quality is great through the Bluetooth connected sound system I'm playing it through and I haven't had any issues with the connection being dropped. I was glad to see that unlike my old player this player offers both 2.4GHz & 5GHz WIFI capability giving me the option to select the strongest WIFI signal. I thought it was nice that player comes with earbuds and a charging cable and even has a screen protector.The screen is pretty small but since I don't need to use the screen most of the time, since I'm controlling the volume and song selection through my music system, it's fine with me that the screen is small, it takes up less room on my workbench.I have one specific use for this player and it's to play music in my shop while I'm working and I will primarily be doing that through the Apple Music app that comes installed on the player. I also plan to load the included 64Gb Micro SD card with music but I haven't got around to doing that yet.I'm using this player in my shop and I find that when I'm busy, and don't want to stop to change the song, I sometimes hear songs I have forgotten about.There are other installed apps on the player like Spotify, Pandora, and even Audible if I would like to listen to a book while I'm working.So my needs are pretty specific and so far this player is working well for me. As long as it can continue to be responsive and stay connected to WIFI and Bluetooth to play my music I will continue to be very happy.

I was honestly surprised by how much this little device can do! The 4-inch touchscreen is super responsive and feels just like using a mini tablet. With built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, I can stream music from Spotify, Audible, and even Amazon Music without needing my phone
