Pump started out great. Oil flowing into transmission, but after the 4th qt, pump began to struggle and died during 5th qt with oil coming out of pump casing. I thought it was probably my battery running low on voltage, but I put it bacon my tractor and it had no problem starting it. Pump is being returned. Made a nice mess in my driveway after it failed. Stay away.

Like this little machine. Though bit slow, but acceptable.

I used it on my Mercedes GLS 550 and it can barely reach the bottom of the oil pan. The unit could have a little longer suction tube as I had to bring the unit to the top of the dipstick just to get to the bottom of the oil pan. I also used it on my Chevy Express 2500 and the same problem. It worked great on my Audi TT as the engine is smaller and the suction tube reached the target while the pump itself was sitting on top of the engine. It also takes forever to suck out the 8 litter of oil and the pump gets HOT by the time it's done. If it goes bad I'll probably go with something more sturdy.

Works as intended. Makes pulling the pan a lot less messy when you dont have to worry about spilling all that fluid when you can suck it out of the pan through the fill hole on your F150 with a 6R80.

This is not a fast pump. Worked well filling the transfer case of my AWD vehicle. Didnt waste any of the $$$ fluid

I used this pump to extract the engine oil from a marine diesel. The engine sump holds 10 quarts of oil.I ran the engine to heat the oil up, then started the pump. The pump slowly removed a few quarts of oil, but I didn't want to overheat the pump so I only ran it about 10 minutes out of every 20. Even at that the unit got quite hot. After about two hours I got about seven quarts of oil out. Unfortunately at that point I couldn't run the engine to heat the oil up again, and the oil was coming out in a very slow dribble, so I gave up.Next time I will try a larger intake hose, as the engine dipstick holder can be removed to create a larger opening.

The pump comes with adequate directions, which I followed and it worked well. I used it to remove both transmission and then power steering oils. The pump primed itself quickly and pumped approximately a quart a minute.
