Was very excited to use this and have had to inflate it 5 times. Goes down in a couple of hours to this. There is no hole that can be found and it went straight from the box to the concrete pad. Was not drug... was placed. Very disappointed. I have cancer and have a lot of bone and joint pain. I need this. I WILL change my review if this can be resolved. I sent a message but it keeps bouncing back as store not available. Update..... seller approved return of product without a replacement. Bad customer service

My unit is a dud!!!!It won’t heat up when you want it to! I’ve tried product support but to no avail it sucks it will not heat up because when the water temperature is 88 the control panel reads 111And the unit shuts down! I’m sure the problem rest with the internal thermostat which is not I have been told to repack and send back but it’s impossible to do this! I’m 65 and now I’ve hurt myself trying to get this shipped back accessible! I’ve owned three of these over 12 years! Don’t buy one of these! They don’t work

After demanding workdays, this spa has become my ideal retreat. It was easy to install and set up. It takes a while for it to heat up, but once it does, the heat is adequate for muscle aches, back aches, providing exceptional relaxation value. Well, worth the money.

Everything was well designed and very easy to set up. The quality of this hot tub exceeded expectations. While the air pump produces audible white noise, its decibel level remains comparable to the ambient bubbling sounds. As for those bubbles, the strength of the massage was completely unexpected. I thought the bubbles were more for appearance, but they work exceptionally well. Feels great on the old back.It was a bit crowded for 6 people, but just right for 4, and for my wife and I it was perfect.
