This is my review on the 84012 Towever Trailer Hitch Ball with Tactical Tow Hook, Tri Ball Hitch Fits 2 inch Hitch Receiver, Secure with Self-Lock Latch, Chrome Ball, Truck Hitch Hook Capacity up to 10000lbsBesides that it arrived late and totally ruined my Labor Day weekend, this Item is made inferior material and would not work for my application. The hook is made of pot metal and will easily brake under a load. The balls are also mounted to pot metal to a steel receiver I cannot recommend this for towing anything that has weight to it. Being returned for refund Total piece of crap, I wouldn’t even use it to pull my 5x3 garden trailer with it.

Need a level hitch for my new truck to pull the stock trailer and the lawn trailer. This had all three balls on it plus a point hook goodbye for the money.

It looks great and offers versatility in hitch ball sizes plus the hook. The only downside is that I guess I expected it to come with a hitch pin. It did not. Granted, the pictures and the description showed no hitch pin, so it's my fault for not paying attention to that, but I picked up a hitch pin for $2.59. It just was inconvenient since I did not notice it when I ordered. Nice product!

So I was skeptical about this product due to how the welds look in the advertising pictures.Upon receiving the item, they really aren't that bad. Would love to actually test them to maximum limit.Product is definitely hefty, but a little on the cheap side with the cosmetic. You can visibility tell they used silver spray paint on the hook portion. But you're not going to buy a hitch for it's looks, so isn't affecting the rating.Fits perfectly in a 2" receiver for a 2021 Ram. Not much play in the bar. Positive for me, I hate hearing the metal banging while driving w/ no trailer.The hook secure pin is a little loose for my liking, but a quick tightening of a bolt..fixed the problem. Well packaged for shipping.Will be testing all the functions of this hitch throughout winter. Will update review later on.
