This worked to revamp my older light kit with the same plug.Great battery life, with it had a charge left indicator but the price was right to get back on the trail at night.

Battery pack lasted 10 rides then started pulsing my light. Not sure what is wrong with it. Still within warranty period so we'll see if they make it right.

Very powerful and holds charge for long periods. It wouldn't recharge after one year and I use it very seldom; I'd say no more than 50 cycles was the lifetime. But CREED was great on honoring the 2-year warranty and replaced it. Let's see how this one does, hopefully it has improved.

This battery kept my bike light alive at maximum power for 3hrs and 54 mins. The battery of the light that I bought only gave me 20 minutes of power. That light is "XINKAITE 3 Mode 7x Cree XM-L T6 10000 Lumens MTB LED Bicycle Headlamp Rechargeable."I don't recommend to buy that light. Also, even though, the battery lasted almost 4 hrs the light itself has a button that changes to red when it is low and it turned red very early but the bulb stayed on for almost four hours. Therefore, I imagine that the whole design of the XINKAITE IS very cheap.Instead, I bought another bike light the "Revtronic 1600 Lumens Bike Light - Cree LED Bike Lights - Mountain Bike Headlight Bundle with 5200mAh Rechargeable Battery Pack, AC Charger, Black." This light is still going at 6 hrs and 8 minutes, at full power.I will update this review if needed.

Good product. Larger than the normal battery packs in a pouch but I did get the larger capacity unit. The straps are good and give a number of mounting options. My original battery in a pouch pack failed so I ordered this unit, but was able to fix the original one while waiting for it to arrive and repackage it better that it was with Eletrical tape. You would not be able to 'repair' this unit. However looks like it will last a long time.

This battery keeps going where others fail. I have a double XML LED light (880 type) that I use on my helmet. It is nice and bright but has quickly worn out several other batteries. They worked fine for the single XML lights, but with the double LED, they start to run down quicker and quicker after a few uses, until they only last about 20 minutes. I ride every week for 3 hours in the dark and this battery lasts the whole time on the Medium bright setting (which is real bright). I bought one a year ago and it has been great. I just bought another one to replace the old smaller battery for the handle bar light.I tried all kinds of cheaper "high capacity" four and six cell packs, but they all failed with my double light. I was about to switch to a much more expensive light but I gave this battery a chance instead and was able to keep the light that I really like.Two small things that are not optimum for my usage: The cord is too short to connect to the helmet light without an extender cord, and I don't need the straps because I put the battery in my backpack. So, I have an extender cord and it takes up a little extra room in the pack and the straps add a few extra grams. It's worth it for a powerful, long lasting, waterproof and rugged battery.

Arrived on time and as advertised. Purchased as a replacement for my original $20 light and batt pack. Higher capacity so it does take longer to charge. I've used it for 3-4 hours so far and haven't ran it down, so I'm happy with the battery life. Build quality is excellent. Probably overkill. The only problem I've had: The plug-in connector wasn't real secure when plugged into either light I have. I had to wrap a piece of tape around it or it would jiggle out over bumps. The fix was easy, I just trimmed some of the rubber off the top of the battery's connector, maybe an eight of an inch, and it works just fine now.
