Does not fit VSETT 9 (and VSETT 8 since they use a different size inner tube) because the valve stem is only bent at a 45-degree angle and once installed on the rim is impossible to fill with air. You need to find an inner tube that has a 90 degree bend on the valve stem

Haven’t really used this as I’m still using an older tire til it goes out but I did see if it fit and it fits great on my vsett 8. No harder or easier changing than any other tire. Holds air and works.
