Your cart is empty.The Design House Traditional ceiling light replacement alabaster ceiling mount glass shade can easily be used to replace the original glass shade on your fixture that may have been damaged over time. Compatible with Traditional Ceiling Mounts including SKUs 587519, 587527, and 588251. This fixture uses a 60-watt medium base bulb per shade. The shade is a traditional alabaster glass bowl, that measures 3-inch H x 8.5-inch W and features a 8.5-inch fitter opening. The replacement glass bowl is an easy fixture mount and can be used in either the up or down position. I put these up about 18 months ago.They were very easy to install. I am a woman in my 60’s without any electrical experience and I had it up in about 20 minutes.Instructions were very clear and very easy to follow. They are really beautiful lights and dress up my hallway. Great value for the price.

I ordered two packs of two lights.The first two arrived with broken globes so l had to return them for a refund. The second two lights arrived in perfect condition and look great on the ceiling of my travel trailer. They light up the trailer very well with the LED bulbs l put in them.I wanted to buy two more used ones to replace the ones that were broken but no more used ones were available. I wasn't going to spend $37 for two new ones. I found some very similar in Walmart for $12.99 each so l bought those instead.

Yea they are cheep but they are on the ceiling and from the ground they look just fine. Everything fits just fine. 30 years as an electrician, never saw the reason to spend big $$$ on a closet or bathroom ceiling fixture. These install just fine and look just great. Up close you can tell that the ORB highlights are just painted on but I doubt anyone without spidey vision could ever notice once installed.

Ordered two of these to replace very, very old hallway fixtures. Were easy to get wired up (though expect to need bigger caps than what are included) though a bit tricky to get on the mounting screws due to the insulation on the rear of the fixture. It's a nice touch for an inexpensive fixture but make sure to wear gloves while installing since it's fiberglass or something similar that will irritate your hands. Fixture looks nice and fits with similar themed fixtures I've been picking up here and there over the last couple years. The base of the fixture is thin and light, presumably aluminum, but doesn't feel flimsy, the dome is actually very thick glass and feels solid but doesn't seem to obscure the light at all. My only complaint so far is that there's not a lot of tolerance with the parts making it a bit more tricky than needed to install. The two sets of screws felt either too long or too short to make installation easy with my pre-installed electrical boxes,and the piece that holds the dome would have benefitted from an extra inch or so of length. Overall I'm pleased for the price.
