After my exhaust fan motor failed, and finding out my local electric motor company wanted $150 for a new replacement, I purchased this for a third of the price and it fit and works as well as the original without any assembly required.

Had to make one of the holes slightly bigger with a drill to attach the ballast for a light. Looks like the original, everything else fit perfectly.

The product tabs had to be adjusted by bending the tabs so it would be fit in its holder,and the metal is very sharp that should've been deburred by the manufacturer .otherwise it works just fine.
