Having never used these before I was very intrigued by their description and in the pursuit of only wanting to tighten header bolts once i gave them a try. They have now been in place for 5000+ miles and are doing just fine! the locking tabs are held in by an 'E' clip and with nothing to remove the clip the tab stays in place, with the tab in place these will NEVER come lose. What i didn't note when I opened the package though (and i suspect this is only on the 8906M product) was that the tabs were two different sizes, 8 longer, and actually 12 shorter tabs, only needing 16 for a v8 i figured there were just extras...wrong, the header tubes are shaped like a 'D' at the flange the longer tabs are for the bolt on the flat side of the 'D'...by dumb luck I got 6 of 8 right, the other two i drilled a small hole in the tip and safety-wired them down, if all the tabs were longer (they would have fit just fine) this would have received 5 stars.
