This part looks just like the original Ford part. I just installed it and fixed the blower problem. The stock mounting is really stupid. Hard to get too. I just zip tied it. I suggest taking some photos before you remove it. I had to use a mirror to locate it.

I bought this last year and It stopped working this week (1 year and 3 months) but during this year it was good. I am buying a new one because it is very good for this price. OEM part is 10 times this price.

I've had two and they've eventually burned out during the summer. Could be the extreme heat which really pushes the A/C and the resistor just heats up too much. Maybe better suited for northern climates.

This was extremely easy to install, it took me five minutes tops. I ordered this blower motor resistor Monday, and it arrived Wednesday without any delays. It works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how little it cost. Very satisfied with the quality, performance and fit.

Works great, easy install, fraction of the price.I'm so done with buying overpriced factory parts that are low quality anyways.The original part should never have failed, ford doesn't follow any electrical standards. Ever heard of fuses? How about properly sized wiring?I have also replaced interior door handle twice with factory and am just waiting for the cheap plastic to break again from normal usage.
