Usually when I see tortilla presses in stores they are very light weight and just really don’t do the job well. They are just cheap imitations of the old style of press we grew up with our grandparents using. This is the first I’ve found that have that look and feel. It’s very heavy which is a good thing to have the press actually do what it was intended for. Looking forward to making homemade tortillas for many years to come.Although mine did not come with parchment paper.
