Camera that mounts to the camper doesn't work. Attempted to work with product support threw their email. Was told they sent a replacement that I never received. Was told they would send again, then goasted. Attempted 3 more times with with no answer. Don't know if the camea quality is any good since I want able to use. Customer support is trash.

Cool concept buThis backup camera is a great idea and it was pretty easy to install. I really liked the magnetic mount and the solar power part is super convenient. The camera quality looks good, even at night, and it’s nice having a clear view behind the trailer or truck.But the big issue is it disconnects from the monitor way too often. Sometimes it just cuts out for a few seconds like it’s getting interference or something. It makes it kinda hard to trust when you really need it to work, especially when backing up in tight spots.Overall it’s not bad, but I expected a more stable connection for the price. It works, but could be better.t not perfect
