These rod guides are well made and are sturdy. They will not bend easily like some cheap guides. The inside ceramic ring material is smooth and won't chafe your line. Eight are enclosed and they are on the smaller size with the interior diameter of the largest being a little over one inch. These would be suitable for small to medium size reels and light weight line. The smaller size gives you better control while casting. Overall a good value.

They really should remove the word "kit" from the description here. When I saw the word "kit" I assumed I would get what I needed to install these. At the very least maybe the string or small container of glue but you get nothing but the guides. That being said, the guides are fine. They do have ceramic inserts. Obviously for the price here you are not getting Fuji quality guides but they should work fine for your beater rods.
