The quality of these spudgers is quite good. They are sturdy, and not flimsy at all. The plastic tips did not snap off like some others I've tried in the past. Considering that there are 8 items in the set, I believe it's a very good value.

If you work with electronics these days, you NEED this kit. I can't tell you the number of times before I wished I had these. No more trying to slide a knife blade in and hope I don't mar the plastic! I found them to be sturdy, well made and usabel for a wide range of projects. They work great when you need to pop that back cover off to replace a battery or upgrade the ram. Can't beat the price as you're basically getting two sets for what one might cost from others.

I run an electronics repair company, so I've got plenty of spudgers laying around. These are just as nice as the ones that come from iFixit, albeit with thicker handles. I really love the design with the hooked tip. I've already found several uses for it.

If you do any type of electronic repairs, then you know the value of a decent spudger! With this set, you get a pair of 4 different types of spudgers that are double-ended. This is a great value.Essentially, you're getting 6 plastic tools and 2 metal ones. With two sets, you can absolutely wreck one and have a back up for more gentle prodding. In most applications, the plastic ones are important even though they are less durable so you're not damaging delicate plastic components. The metal ones are great when you need a little more oomph and also for sliding in super slim cracks without demolishing ribbon cables and wires.Overall, this is a great set at an affordable price whether you're just starting out or reinforcing your existing kit.

The tools themselves seem really good (for the 5, I got to test) ,but they really need to improve the plastic they are in, especially with the weight of the metal ones and how sharp some of them can be, because when the package showed up, 3 of the tools were missing and their was a massivve hole worn into the packaging and both the metal pry bars fell out at the warehouse or somewhere which really hurt my ability to review these because the metal ones are what i was after in the first place. Really wish i could have tested these properly but was unable to do that.

Not much to say other than they're pretty good!Pretty sturdy—which I appreciate—, but that means I'd be cautious about the rigidity of what you're working on if you're not used to working on tech, that is, if don't want to snap/bend any parts or casings. As for the at-least-slightly-experienced of you, I'd definitely recommend! Better quality than what you get when you buy repair parts, so they're definitely worth having on hand, and about as cheap as it gets too. 5/5

In a world where doors refuse to cooperate and hinges taunt you with precision-milled defiance, these little plastic warriors showed up and got the job done. You know the kind - those infernal press-fit doors where the pins sink into the body and the only way in or out is through leverage, willpower, and questionable body mechanics. Yeah. That kind.Used one today to pop a stubborn door back onto its hinge posts - worked beautifully. No cracks. No warping. No swearing. Well… fewer swears than usual. These are higher quality than others I’ve had over the years - metal’s solid, the plastic is thick and doesn’t feel brittle, and the tips are fine enough to wedge into annoyingly tight seams without chewing them up. You know those ultra-narrow seams where it feels like you’re trying to pry open the future with a butter knife? These fit in there. These were born in there. They’ve earned a spot in my tactical tech box — not just for today’s skirmish, but for many battles ahead (or until they break… which I doubt will be soon). For $5.99? That’s basically bartering with seashells. No complaints here.

This is strictly a set of pry or opening tools for electronics cases like cell phones or tablets or laptops. This could be handy if you already have a set of screwdrivers and other tools and just need the prying tools, but there are other sets available that also include suction devices and even some specialty screwdrivers for a similar price. This is a good assortment of plastic and metal tools, so not a bad purchase if this is all you need. It seems like there are two of each tool, or that they are similar enough that you could share half the tools with someone else, or keep one set in the office and one at home.
