For me, this is a step up from my disorganized stack of sanding discs.The holder came together easily. All of the pieces fit perfectly and the included glue is a nice plus for people who don’t have their own. My suspicion is, however, if you need a disc sandpaper rack you will have some wood glue on hand. Similarly, IMO, there is little need to include screws and anchors to attach this to the wall.

If you want a compact yet functional way to store your RO sanding discs, this is what you need.After years of jamming packets of RO discs into my sander's storage bag, I decided to give this product a whirl. The price seemed ok, and the pictures made it look pretty good.Well, it is pretty good. Each slot is able to hold about 25 80 grit discs, and more as the grit becomes finer. Having this many slots plus a top "catch all" area should cover most of your sanding disc needs.Assembly was easy, and even kind of fun. I don't get a lot of opportunity to assemble laser cut wood items, and this one was cut very consistently. All the parts fit together tightly, and a bottle of craft glue is included. I used my 23 ga. pin nailer to help hold things together while the glue dried, but this step wasn't really necessary. The only remotely difficult part was getting the second side piece in place after inserting the back and all the shelves into the first side. Just take your time to line things up appropriately, and some light taps with a small hammer will bring the components together nicely.The kit includes mounting screws and label stickers, so you can see which grit size you're grabbing at a glance.I'm quite pleased with this little shelf.

Took about 7 minutes to assemble and I was impressed with the exactness of the fit of this set. You do have to put it together and it slides/snaps together easy enough. Just do as the instructions say and "be patient". When it goes together, it is a tight fit, I didn't even use the provided glue.Very nice kit and works perfectly for my sanding discs. Plenty of labels provided.

I was a little worried when I got this package of pieces and glue but it actually works. The plywood is very thin but it’s solidly strong once assembled and I have about 150 discs in it already. A detailed set of assembly instructions with diagram are included. It came with glue which I didn’t use (it looked like craft glue) using instead titebond wood glue. The parts are precision cut and fit together perfectly. I was originally going to make something out of pine but this worked perfectly. Once assembled is less bulky than pine and way cheaper.

It didn't take long to realize how much nicer this is than just tossing all your sanding disc in a cardboard box. Yes for sure much better than digging. Looking at every disc. Hoping one of them is that grit you're looking for? At least that's how I operated.I must say it was a little apprehensive when I first opened this and noticed it was a package of parts. Much like a three-dimension puzzle.. honestly it was no big deal. Besides, if you're buying a sanding disc rack you should be relatively familiar with putting parts together. They send a small bottle of glue and suggest you glue it together. Honestly the parts and the fittings are cut at such perfect tolerances I didn't find it necessary. If it becomes an issue I'll come back and do it but I really don't think it is. I found it easiest to put all the front pieces into one side, then snap the back panel into place. Then snap the other side on avoiding the back panel for now.. after both sides then deal with popping in the other side of the back. A small rubber mallet made short work of it. I was amazed with the exactness the mating pieces were cut in. Obviously cut to perfect tolerances on a CNC of some sort. Worth noting they also send you a page of labels so you can label each bin as seen in the pictures. It's got keyholes cut in the back ready to be hung on a wall, although I may just build a box or simply use a cardboard box to store mine in for now. Simple to put together and works well and definitely easier to get your hands on the sanding disc you need.

I think this is a nice kit and it includes the 8-tier sandpaper rack, labels, glue, wall anchors and screws. This 8-tier sandpaper holder fits together very snuggly. It kind of reminded me of assembling model kits years ago. I first did a dry fit just to see how to put it together and the fit is so snug that you might be able to use this sandpaper rack without using the glue. It can be a little finicky while assembling but I got it together and I did opt to use the glue though just to ensure that the sandpaper rack holds together over time. I am very happy with this rack. Once put together, it is solid. This is very nicely constructed product. It works very well at holding both 5 and 6-inch sandpaper.
