I love these mats! I got a four pack of some at Joann’s and when I tried to block a baby blanket they were not big enough, I bought these, and it was perfect! It even came with some needles to block your projects, and I love that it comes in the case so I can keep everything together!

I needed this to block my crocheted granny squares. Works great and I’m glad that it comes with the T pins and the carrying case.

Haven't used it yet but I look forward to using it on my next project. Recommend it to everyone who knits, sews,or crochets. Price is very good as well.

These are easy to use and the fact they come with their own storage bag is great. The only thing I would change is making the storage bag slightly bigger. It is a very snug fit. You have to have the mats in it just right off you want to zip it closed.

Does a good job when paired with the pins to hold crocheted items in place

Purchased these for blocking knits and specifically wanted something thicker to ensure the pins don’t poke through, and these mats do the job. They seem like good quality and all the grids lined up when putting them together. Docked 1 star, because the grids are advertised as 1” x 1” squares, but when I measured with a ruler that wasn’t the case. Not a deal breaker for me, because I just use a flexible measuring tape, but that might be important to others and since it’s advertised I feel like it should be accurate. I think the 9 tiles also work for smaller projects or certain sized knits. I’m blocking a sweater that was a little too long for 4 of the tiles, which meant I needed an alternative for the sleeves. I’ll probably purchase a second package, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

FYI: I'll be uploading this same review for another item.As can be seen in the attached photo, I use these mats (I have two sets, one orange and the other is green) to block my small knitted projects. Things such as table runners (as in this photo), chapel veils, etc.Using blocking combs, the mats provide a perfect mat.One of the things I find I like most about these is that they are easily stored in their included plastic storage bags and come with t-pins to aid in the blocking. The mats hold pins whether t-pins or comb pins (like I’m using in the photo) firmly and each individual block also connect to each other firmly. It takes a little bit of effort to separate them, which is the idea. One doesn’t want the mats to separate too easily or the knitted project won’t be blocked anymore. In their storage bags, they fit easily on a closet shelf and out of the way until needed once again.I really like these mats and recommend them.

I bought these blocking mats as a 3rd set, for when I knit a large blanket. Was going to buy a 3rd set of another brand when I came across these. Yes, they are green--just like the photo. And yes, as mentioned in the description, the green colour *doesn't* bleed onto whichever wet knitted item you're blocking! I was really worried about that: after you've spent so many hours knitting your product, you don't want to have it ruined while being blocked!! These are as sturdy and thick as blocking mats 2x the price, and the gridlines are clearly marked; perfect for evening out a blanket edge that may be a little bit uneven due to it being hand knitted! I recommend these without hesitation.

I have used these blocking mats once so far to block a crocheted sweater vest. They work as intended, but I must say they do not seem "extra thick" as advertised. Standard T-pins still poke out the other side, so I had to put them in at an angle to avoid anyone accidentally getting stabbed. To me they seem to be the same thickness as previous blocking boards I've used in the past. I do like that they come with a protective storage case.

I am very happy with these, and pleasantly surprised with the high quality. These boards are super thick, so no chance of bending during the blocking process. They don't have any odd smell -or smell of any kind- like reviews of other brands of blocking boards complain of. They lock together well, and the lines all meet up, though you may need to turn them until the lines meet up exactly. I purchased the four pack, to check them out, and plan to purchase the larger pack later for larger projects. I would love to see them add circular lines as an option.
