Update: I realize now that I did not buy the cutting mat which is what I thought I was buying, only a shim. It is still super flimsy in my opinion and it is utterly ruined at this point. But that is my fault I guess. I feel it isn't intuitive for the magnetic mat to be simply a shim. But I guess that is subjective. Still disappointed but I will own my part in this and say it maybe works well for some and I have adjusted my rating to 3 vs a 1star for that reasonI am so disappointed. I have to go online and get something different. Super thin, super flimsy, didn't really have enough magnetic stick to cold the dies in place, & in order to get the dies to cut at all it cut almost all the way through the mat. All the damage done here was one sheet of hearts cut. Cannot recommend at all.

the magnetic sheets are perfect for keeping die cuts in place before running them thru a machine. but they warp very easily and that makes it difficult to run thru a machine.

I just bought a new machine and opted to get this magnetic sheet for cutting out dies. I've used been using it almost every day for the last three weeks. The dies have cut right into the sheet and it has stretched and warped through the middle. The magnet is still holding the dies in place though so I will continue to use it until I get a new magnetic shim.

Magnet is weak but more than that the surface becomes deeply etched from the dies and severely warped. The surface after a few uses is completely warped, damaged, unusable. The mat is distorted so it no longer lays flat and the dies do not cut evenly. Dont water your money, sorry I have
