This product will not fit a standard 2x3 downspout no matter what the description says. Unfortunate because the quality is quite nice but if you can’t connect it that really doesn’t matter does it.

As the pictures in this listing show, this is a 90-degree elbow - not 75. I wanted a 90-degree and am glad I trusted the pictures and not the description. With that said, I am very impressed by how heavy and solid this downspout elbow is. I am used to lightweight aluminum parts that are easy to bend or even crush, but this is super sturdy and unbendable. If it proves to be as rust-proof as it is sturdy, it should last a lifetime.

Both opennings are slightly larger by approx 1/32? inch than the regular 2x3. To make these work, I use screwes to secure the wider end. No biggy. The narrower end did not cause issue at fitting in my projects. Overall, the length and angle make these elbows hard to find items.
