I have an old first Gen Tundra and one of things I've had a hard time with is the headlights. That's my one complaint about the truck everything works great and overall it's an amazing truck that just never quits but back to the headlights. I've tried HID's LED's, conventional bulbs, you name it and nothing works! I have a gallon zip lock bag with all the bulbs I've tried over the years. I've tried other LED's before but they just were not bright, they tend to be the weakest of them all. I didn't like the HID's because they didn't create a nice even coverage, instead they make these squiggles that make the light uneven. The headlight itself looks great but the light quailty is not there. Plus I never liked the idea of having to wire them in, with the ballast, and running wires across the engine bay and then having an extra wire going to the battery, all that seemed too unprofessional to me.I go a chance to try these and I was really impressed! I got the H4/9003 in 6500k and they fit the Tundra perfectly. The light is good too! There is a bit of a line on one side but overall these are much brighter on the road than the halogen 5000k whites I was using which had worked better than all the other options I had previously mentioned. There's something about the design of the headlight that makes it so it doesn't put out enough light onto the road. I really like that they're LED too so no having to wire them up, but from the outside they have a slight blue hue that makes them look like HID's only they actually work to put out light better. For the price too they come in cheaper than the Halogens I was using that I'll keep as a backup now in case one goes out later.

These LED light bulbs are impressive for the price! They really light up the road at night! These LEDs worked perfectly out of the box. This kit had both my low and high headlight bulbs in one box which was nice. Luckily, I also had zero installation or fitment issues on my 2018 Ford F150 while installing these bulbs. I was also able to re-install the factory dust cover as well without any issues. This made me happy, as it is tough to find LED bulbs that fit in the housing on these trucks. What else caught my eye about these LEDs is that they don't contain any fans. Due to this, they are nice and quiet and I haven't experienced any radio interference. I also haven't experienced any flickering with these LEDs unlike others I have used and the color temperature is accurate at 6500k. They also match my LED fog lights perfectly which are also 6500k. The brightness of these bulbs is better than other bulbs I have tried at twice the cost. They also include a 1 year manufacturer warranty which is nice. A card is included in the box with all the details. Highly recommend these LED headlight bulbs!

This is a combo kit for vehicles where high beam and low beam are separate bulbs. The bulbs were a direct fit for my older Camry and was able to replace them in 15-20 mins tops. The bulb light is bright white light and it made a night and day difference from my older halogen bulbs. The fit and finish is on par with some of the high end bulbs(Coming from a pro) and also the packaging is excellent(not sure if it really matters).The reason I considered this bulb was for its solid state heat dissipation compared to forced air cooled versions which use a fan. This eliminates one point of failure that is the fan. The second reason which might not be so important is 50K life span rating of the bulb. Not certain my car would last that long to validate but gives a sort of assurance it will last a while before a replacement is warranted.There is a very mild flicker in DRL mode but not quite prominent unless someone pays a detailed attention to it.The price of item seems to be on the higher side but the quality, fit and finish and expected life expectancy makes is a good choice for consideration.

Bought this light for use in an off-road light, but wanted a more known platform for testing, so temporarily installed in a Subaru Impreza high beam headlight assembly for testing. The bulb has no fan, only a small-ish heat sink that comes close to the dimensions and geometry of a standard 9005 bulb. The base is just slightly (maybe 5mm) taller than an oem bulb and thicker, but not beyond the mount size. It fit easily in the lamp assembly and should fit most anywhere a halogen 9005 can. Given the lack of fan, you will probably want some passive air flow to help keep it cool and extend its lifetime. Metal base and stem of the bulb are painted black, and this *might* slightly reduce the effectiveness of heat dissipation, but only time will tell if that would impact longevity (claim is 50000 hours).The bulb produces very bright light. I didn't have a light meter, but they are definitely many times brighter than a standard halogen 9005 bulb. In the test reflector, the beam was as focused as the standard 9005 bulb with no errant beams of light or dark spots, so the geometry of the bulb (location of LEDs relative to where the halogen filament sits) appears correct. The light color has just a very slight blue-green tint compared to other "pure white" bulbs.Subaru uses the high beam headlights at reduced power as daytime running lights. This, like many LED's, use less power so the lowered power still drives the headlight at full brightness. The bulb does not detect and dim with the lower power. No errors were noted, although this car doesn't have the complex computer monitoring of some newer vehicles.Pros:-Bulb size only very slightly larger than a standard 9005 bulb, so should fit in any fixture that hold a 9005 bulb.-Bulb geometry (led position relative to mount) appears correct. Beam was bright and appeared focused appropriately.-Bulb produces much more light than a halogen.-Bulb uses much less power than a halogen.-No fan to fail.-Construction seems robust.Cons:-Color temperature seems just slightly off of true white based on visual inspection.-Likely requires some passive airflow at base of bulb to help dissipate heat.Overall, this seems like a well designed and constructed LED replacement bulb for 9005 fixtures. Very bright light (too bright for oncoming traffic, but good for off-road use). Simple plug-and-play installation, identical to a halogen bulb. Seems to be a good value for the money (price in line with competition). If you are looking for an LED replacement for a 9005 halogen bulb, these seem like a good option.
