This glow plug is not compatible with a "Wabasto" brand heater, the title and advertisement is misleading. I tried installing this part twice and the computer will not recognize this after market part.

I installed the glow pin and it gave me a 09 code. I looked it up and says shorted.I pull the unit apart to see if I had pinched a wire and I had not. The glow pin itself was shorted.

This thing did not work for my Webasto so most likely I’m gonna return it I put my old one in and it works great for a week now no issue . The reason I bought a new one because mine is like 10 years old so I thought it’s about a time to change it
