Headline says it all. Been using a set of these for decades now and I tow a lot of small boats! Never a failure and the wear after all these years is almost none.

I have used Convert-A-Ball for at least ten years and just bought a new Convert-A-Ball set for my new work pickup . They work well and save time when changing trailers that use a different size ball . The stainless steel ball is much better than the older chrome models .

I switch between different size trailers often, this system is the most secure and easiest to change out quickly that I have found. Works great!

I owned a convert-a-ball chrome ball hitch system before, they are so good someone stole my 2" ball & hitch portion. The system is very convenient when you have to pull trailers, campers, etc. with different size ball hitches, and fits in a 3"x4"x10" box. If my pickup can pull it, this stainless steel ball hitch system rated at 10,000 lbs. can handle it. Just one thing, put it away when not in use and save yourself some money.

Based on the listing (nickel plated) I wasn't sure whether these were the stainless steel variety or not. Since the Q&A indicated that they were I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that they were indeed stainless steel. I was so pleased that I bought another set for a different drop hitch (why move trailer ball stems when the price is this good). These are great if you have trailers with different ball sizes.

This thing is awesome. I pull a lot of different trailers, some mine and some not. The balls are always different and I was always switching hitches, looking for hitches, having to borrow hitches. That was a pain. Now in the matter of seconds I can pop off whatever ball was on and pop on the new one, very simple and quick. The stainless steel is the way to go in my opinion, won't rust and cleans up nice. Just the convenience of it is worth it's weight in gold. I am very glad I purchased this product. I put it on an adjustable hitch that can go up and down in 8 different heights and I feel I'm ready for any tow situation. I highly recommend this product.
