It does what it's supposed to do. Keep in mind if you're removing an old style shift cable then it is 9/16 and not 15mm like the new style is.

The wrong size cable shaft tool! The size of the tool is - 15 mm, but it is larger than necessary. It spoils the nut. The correct size is 9/16! make the changes. I am attaching a photo.

This caused the nut on the shifting cable to round off since it’s ever so slightly bigger than that nut. Socket is 15 mm but is 9/16th so it’s like 14.3mm. Hope this saves someone trouble

Spline tool snapped, and the cable remover socket stripped the nut. Now I am out of pocket more money to have a professional to remove stripped bolt head.And need a refund on the snapped spine roughly 13 mil.What a joke...

Does not fit the hinge pin too small almost stripped out the pin and arrived 2 days late now it'll be another week making no money with customer boat torn down in the garage waiting for the right one from a different company
