The name engraving on the front was fine, but the back side of the locket, did not come engraved with the phrase I had requested, “All the things”. This kind of decreased the importance of the entire gift idea for me, since it was missing the special statement my little one and I say together. But the quality of the product is great. Just make sure you have everything filled out correctly before you order the item. I’m not sure what happened in my case. Maybe I input my order improperly.
