It's fine, it's not OEM but it fits and works. Had to bend the tab that works with the release pin to make it function. Ours arrived scratched and it was obviously packed that way since it was wrapped in bubblewrap.

Like many Toyota Sienna owners, my gas cover hinge broke. This is a low cost fix if you are handy. It only comes in black, which I considered using as is, since the trim is black anyhow. The black is not Auto glossy.Mine came with a defect in the black paint (see photo yellow circle), so I decided to paint it white to match Sienna.I used very fine sand paper to rough it and flatten the black paint defect.I sprayed it with white gloss paint, a few times over a few days, then applied a spray gloss once. Still it's not as glossy as the Sienna (maybe wax will help).I drilled out the old rivets for the old one (see photo without cover). Used a 1/4 inch drill bit.Attached the new cover using 1/4 inch Stainless Steel bolt and nuts. I did this, so I could undo it if it didn't fit at all, but it is pretty close so it's staying on.Found 2 issues:The cover would not stay shut, the latch hole arm needed to be bent a tiny amount with pliers so it would be caught by the Sienna plunger. The edge of the lid, near the hinge (left side) rubs on Sienna at bottom corner if cover opened wide. This is because the cover is not an exact fit. I greased the rub area to minimize the issue. It took 1 hour to remove the old one and put this new on in place, watching various videos online before helped a lot.Being able to do this repair for about $24 plus paint (which I already had) is so much better than the dealer who wanted $350 and I know the hinge will break again in about 4-7 years.

This replacement door is a good match to the original fuel door cover of my 2015 Sienna. It is only available in black and will need to be repainted to match with the car's color. It does require some skills and tools to remove the original door and to attach his replacement. I approached Toyota and was told the broken hinge is a know problem. It is covered under their 10 yr warranty so if your car is less than 10 years old, it would be best to approach Toyota before doing it yourself.
