The thermal coupling did not reach the pilot assembly and is not adjustable. I have since read there’s another one with a longer stem or adjustable stem have been looking for that one

I bought this thinking it would resolve the problem with my Jotul stove. After the install I discovered it still doesn't work. Bummer.

This is not an OEM product, but that's not an issue. Quality is perfectly fine. The problem is it's about 1/4" shorter than the original item in my older Jotul 3 stove, and as such the pilot just barely touches the top. Have to source the longer version, apparently less common.

Stem was to short and did not engage pilot light. Showing dimensions would be helpful.
