Although this tool was a bit pricey it did do a nice job on my relay contacts. Cleaned them fine but didn't remove much metal at all. After all it was worth the price...

I had about 50 old switch contacts to cleanup and this burnishing tool has just the right light surface texture to cleanup the plated contacts without damaging the plating. It has a very light, not aggressive at all, texture and is really thin and flexible making it easy to get into tight areas like found in pinball machines.
