BOTTOM LINE: Thick, solid tire/wheel combos are a great replacement for ZTR mower decks, whose owners are (like me) tired of re-inflating traditional tires that seem to regularly attract nails and other sharp debris which puts a stop to mowing chores with the even uglier chore of flat tire repair / replacement.THOUGHTS: It seems every year I spend an unproductive amount of time pumping up deck tires that have slow leaks or holes and must be re-aired up every (or every other) mow. Took a chance on these flat-free units from RONPOW and I have to admit that I am impressed. Just took a short afternoon session (about 90mins) to swap out my old tires with these RONPOW units. Now, I can just enjoy mowing without stopping to repair or air up low, squishy tires - and no more worries EVER about a low tire resulting in ugly uneven mow strips ...or scalping the lawn! Whoop! And these units already come with multiple sizes of bearing inserts, to more readily fit a wide variety of different size decks/hubs.Yes, these flat-free tires are a little more expensive than traditional air-filled ones. But honestly, the freedom of not having to repeatedly check / service my deck tires and instead concentrate on my mowing makes them absolutely worth every single penny! They look and function just like "traditional" tires, but without the hassle. That's just awesome. These RONPOW flat-free tires just might be about the best investment / upgrade you'll ever make for your mower.

They didn’t fit my John Deere walk behind mower, I had to purchase an extra set of sleeves to properly get them to fit.

Replaced the front deck wheels on my 1996 Grasshopper 725 with a 60" deck. I replaced the wheels with the same size as what was on there, however these wheels are slightly oversized and rub on the deck when it is in the lower positions. I expect these tires will eventually wear down a little and no longer rub, but would have liked for that to be the case "out of the box". I did have to switch from the larger bearings to the included smaller bushings and that process was as easy as could be and I was able to complete the change with just a screwdriver, hammer and 1" socket for pressing the new bearings in.

They work! If you are rolling around with a flat or a tire that won’t hold air, try these. It will actually make the mower turn better and cut more evenly.

I write a lot about the virtues of flat free mower tires. These are engineered for the safe transportation of a person on a powered machine. The strength needed to make the tires safe carries over as reliability in other uses.These will be the rear tires on a 4 wheel wheelbarrow. The front two tires are larger and support the weight when transporting a load. These tires will support the rear of the wheelbarrow instead setting directly on the ground on the legs. This allows the wheelbarrow to pushed a short distance without picking it up by the handle.Maybe not the use the seller intended but it is a perfect solution for me. Most flat free solutions are junk. They don’t have the extra engineering and strength mower tires have.5 stars for a reasonably priced solution of a flat free tire

These tires are perfect for my fishing cart. I've been wanting to remove the inflatable tires because I hate inflating them whenever they lose pressure. These tires are perfect and wide enough for it to go through sand and tall grass. Other than that, it comes with all the hardware you need in order to do the swap out. There are multiple sets of bearings and washers that you can use to modify or connect to existing spindles. As for the smoothness of the spin, they're perfect after installation. There is a grease nipple if you want to add more lubrication after installation but to a certain degree, it's not necessary. As for the rubber, it's pretty solid but will take a bit of impact from gravel and rocks. It will maintain its smoothness as well. The hardness of the rubber is perfect throughout. On the spin, there is barely much wobble to them too which makes it pretty centered. Overall, this is a good pair of wheels that will never go flat. It's an easy swap out and will last forever which makes it well worth it.
