Quick Crown Molding Installation
Step 1:
Use a miter saw to cut the molding smoothly. The molding is lightweight and can be easily cut at a 45-degree angle for corners.
Step 2:
No nails needed! Apply Instant Grab (glue) to the back of the molding. Then, press the molding onto the wall with your hands until it sticks.
Step 3:
Since the molding is light and easy to handle, you can do it on your own. The sections are about eight feet long, making it manageable for one person to install quickly.
Step 4:
To get a smooth, clean finish, you can paint the molding in one coat, right after installation. You can also paint it beforehand to save time.

This stuff LOL ... I cannot. It’s easy to hang up but I could not get it to go around a room. It’s well, it is what it is. Styrofoam. Looks alright I guess.

We bought this product to use as crown molding in one room. We like that it was lightweight and could be painted however when we try to measure and cut the corners with the appropriate miter box and saw it was impossible to get a clean cut. Therefore it was a complete waste of time and money. For a DIY project I would not recommend using this type of foam molding. I will try to return this.

1-star, product was forced into box, box was not damaged, product was bent in same area for all packages. Therefore it would not lay flush against the wall, unusable.

I used it for crown molding after putting up the 2x2 glue up ceiling panels in a bedroom.I painted them gloss white and painted the ceiling tiles a flat white.
