I just installed the new hatch and the latch is already not working properly!I don’t recommend anybody purchasing this hatch. To date I have not received a replacement, but I was asked to change my review to be more positive.

fits perfectly for a 2006 GTI SE...had to find some weatherstripping for a seal/gasket...found some spare I used for a door seal...doubled it up and it seals just fine...half the price of the name brand...looks and feels good.

It popped right in. I have a 2008 Sea-Doo GTI 155.How? Hook the left side (longer) pin into the glovebox groove, gently bend the the right side (shorter) pin out until it pops into the right glovebox groove. Grease lightly with a cue tip and white lithium grease.NOTE: this part does not advertise, nor does it come with the OEM gasket. I haven’t found a solution to that problem yet.But the part works, was delivered, quickly, and exactly meets its description, so 5 stars.

This was an absolutely great replacement for the OEM compartment lid that I broke for my 2007 Sea-Doo GTI. This was a lot more reasonable as far as price compared to buying an OEM unit from BRP. I would definitely suggest this unit to anyone and the installation was extremely easy.
