Yes the whole thing is literally covered in Rust. They didn't put a protective coating on this thing. It IS working at least for now. They never gave me a rebate. Everytime I email or call. "Wait 6-8 more weeks." it's been almost a year now.* * * Warning Update * * * This thing put my life at Risk! I was noticing that I wasn't able to stop in time, or on a dime, as accustomed. Ending up almost losing my front bumper. So I was otw to get the car checked out when the whole Brake Booster started hissing air at me into the cabin. I never did get email replies. Don't TRUST. Why was my rating changed to 5 stars? It's ZERO STARS.

No issues a year in, then mechanic was forced to remove it as it was stuck causing my brakes to completely lock up. Wouldnt reccomend it

Product didn't last long. Warranty information very vague on this product. I will not make any more purchases for essential automotive parts from Amazon.
