Recently purchased an older MacBook Air, and the battery was not holding a charge (which I knew, as the seller advised)This battery replacement (brand) was recommended by many folks online, so I got one.Installation was easy - but there are a bunch of tiny screws holding the case and batt assembly together. It came with the special tools... not anything you can find at a hardware store, FYI.Charged and cycled as per instructions, and it is working great. Battery life is very good on the old laptop.Very good product!

Lasted just over a year than wouldn’t hold a charge. A few months after that it began bulging the back of my MacBook Air case. Waste of money.

I go by the weight in the product details for a heavier battery because I doubt the capacities and lifetimes of all the super-light super-cheap batteries, and I've never gone wrong with any fresh battery near the OEM weight. This Dong Guan Boyu Electronics unit offered by DMKAOLLK had a good weight, good rating, good price, arrived quickly and with the proper charge, freshly manufactured, installed easily, tested well, and works well so far.This review will be updated if anything ever changes, so take the lack of any such update as indication that all continues to go well.
