I bought these valve covers for my 350 that is going in my '69 Chevelle. I wanted covers with the breather holes and a hole for adding oil; like the ones on my 69 Camaro. After searching extensively on other sites, I found these here and decided to give them a try for the price. Upon un-boxing the covers, I was pleased to find them to be nicely made and heavy, not cheap and thin. I primed them with rust-oleum 500 degree primer and rust-oleum chevy orange paint.Could not be more happy with the covers, or the paint. I do recommend scuffing the covers with 220 before priming.

Tall valve covers clear the polylocks on my roller rockers. Good fit and finish.

Was tired of other aftermarket valve covers that did not have a oil fill hole. Now I can add oil without having to dribble it in slowly through one of the other baffled ports. Baffles in the emissions ports are not stock type, they are a sheet metal box. They are adequate, and certainly better than the flat plate some other makers use. I run mostly on the street so keeping the crankcase PCV and air cleaner breather is important.

works a s expected. nice finish and the top of the covers are flat and do not have the bump that most SBC covers have.
