I returned mine. Size kit wasn’t accurate. Bought size kit and ordered a 9 based on size kit. What they don’t tell you is the little nubs in the size kit are not indicative of the actual ring. So when using the size kit you should get the most snug one that is almost hard to get on for it to be accurate. Then also I became concerned with the radio waves consistently being on me so I changed my mind on getting a smaller size and returned completely
