These are some of my favorite vanes!... They work great if you have a well tuned bow and arrow. It doesn't matter much what you put on the back if you bareshaft tune your arrows . These are great because they're super light at only 4.4 grains per vane.... compared to the blazer vanes that are about 6 grains per vane. Less weight in the back means more FOC. The weight savings allows you to use a 4 fletch for less weight (17.6g) than a blazer vane 3 fletch (18g) and allows for a lower profile to provide additional clearance. no brainer.
