I was so excited to receive my Ab Coaster CS3000 until I opened the box an saw hard rust down the silver rails. A large old looking bracket and dirty and worn feet under the Ab Coaster ,as you can see from the pictures . I don't like giving bad reviews but because of this I had to . I would not recommend the Ab Coaster CS3000.

This is a very rock solid machine. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. I used a socket wrench for some of the bolts just to make it easier but really didn't have to, comes with the small tools that usually come with this stuff but if you have a socket set, use it. I enjoyed putting it together and was impressed with how solid it is. So I tried it out after assembling and I thought it was fairly easy to do. I added 5lb weights and twisted slightly as I went up and that was a nice challenge. You have to do these correctly so go to youtube for proper technique, don't roll back bast your hips when you come down. ALSO, other reviewers claimed that you have to be a professional athlete to do these???? Hardly. Even if your not in shape, you can go up only 1/2 to 3/4 way and use the twist motion till you build up your strength. I'm just in my mid 50's in OK shape but do have a weaker core which is why I wanted this and I have no problems doing sets of 10 with perfect form. Solid machine that will last-pricey but worth it if you can spend the money....I got the good Friday sale so saved some money, watch for sales.
