I like this AB roller if the purpose is just to use it as an AB roller. I was disappointed with the recoil/Rebound feature. It does not work as well as I expected. For me to get it to recoil I had to move it at least twice the length of my upper body.It can handle a 6ft/190lb guy, so not too bad.

this works amazing. Gives the burn and workout needed. my only issue is that the handles come out too easily.
