I hope you’re not expecting a brand new one in the plastic packaging, not for this price. Probably pulled from an old house, but they still work great..Resistance was perfect, & the switch on the breaker works. Nothing was rusted, & it was cleaner than the ones in the Big Box Stores.I would just suggest you wear gloves while handling incase there are any metal shavings on it.Thanks-

Replace 100 AMP breaker in General Electric breaker box. I hoped to find a used 100 AMP breaker. Surplus Electric had a new one! It fit and worked perfectly!

Breaker is fine had to call an electrician to get the wire hold down screw that should have came with it to complete my project on time.
